A real production app with real users: 16 advisors and a unit manager at a Sun Life insurance unit log in daily — it replaced the team's spreadsheet operations end to end. A 12-stage client lifecycle, two-way Google Calendar sync, password-protected AHO Excel imports, award and ADCAN tracking, scheduled email digests, in-app tickets and nudges, a ⌘K command palette, dark mode, Sun Life Medallion boards with animated unlocks and client statement PDFs — built on 119 numbered SQL migrations with row-level security and 206 test files. Screenshots show mock demo data — the unit's real book stays private.

Attendance and payroll for a working vet clinic. Staff clock in on the front-desk tablet with a face scan or PIN — the phone app can't clock in at all, so nobody punches in from bed and no one covers for a friend. Each teammate gets an illustrated pet sidekick that reacts to their attendance: on time and it's happy, late and it worries, on approved leave it just naps — it never guilt-trips an honest sick day. Behind the cute layer sits a 20-table Postgres backend with row-level security, schedules, leave, emergency callouts, crash-cart-level inventory — and payroll that computes OT, holiday, and night rates itself, then sends PDF payslips in one click: roughly 15 hours of timesheet-tallying and payslip-writing automated away every month (~180 hours a year). A single-page, mobile-first booking site for a Houston mobile car-detailing business that was taking bookings through a generic form and losing time on every one. Customers pass a ZIP gate, pick one of four flat-price services, pick an hourly slot in the next 7 days, and request a booking — no accounts, no payments. Built end to end in under 4 hours, with validation enforced in the database itself.

Takes a truck driver's trip details and generates a route map with required stops and filled-out FMCSA daily log sheets — fully compliant with federal Hours-of-Service rules (49 CFR §395). Driving time comes from real route durations, fuel and rest stops are snapped to real gas stations and truck stops, and the duty-status grid is hand-drawn as resolution-independent SVG.

A one-page portfolio I designed and built for Gerard Peter Nazario, a graphic designer behind 500+ retail tees for athletes and programs across the WNBA, MLB and NCAA. The site had to sell the unglamorous part of his job — vector clean-up, spot-colour separations, Pantone specs, tech packs — so it's built like a production floor: a tech-pack diagram, a before/after automation panel, a "shipped for" logo wall of 40 programmes, and a draggable rack of all 239 printed designs.

A single QR code on a physical Banaue rice-terrace installation at LANDBANK's 26th Floor opens a mobile-first companion page: a cinematic night-terraces hero with animated data lines, a bilingual story, the six sticker-tagged elements explained, and a live message wall with emoji reactions so every visitor can leave a mark and see everyone who came before them. Shared state lives in Upstash Redis; the wall is hardened for a public QR — server-side English + Filipino profanity filter, per-IP rate limits, a 500-message cap. Scoped, built, and shipped in a single day.

A production-grade, three-platform ride-hailing system built from the ground up for Amadeo, Cavite — a municipality of 41,901 residents across 26 barangays with limited digital transport options. The system connects riders and drivers in real time through Flutter mobile apps backed by a Python/Flask API and Firebase, featuring a fully working in-app wallet with PayMongo cash-in integration, dynamic surge pricing that auto-scales fares by barangay based on demand-to-supply ratio, and a live Next.js admin dashboard for fare management, driver operations, and transaction monitoring.
